Branch 100 Colour Party Volunteers Needed
Hello Comrades : Our Colour Party has long stood as a proud symbol of our Branch, representing the Legion at parades, community events, Canada Day celebrations, and Celebration of Life ceremonies. Sadly, many of our senior members are no longer able to participate in longer parades such as Apple Fest and the Santa Claus Parade. Due to a shortage of volunteers, our Branch is currently unable to field a Colour Party—a tradition that has been part of our history since the beginning. We need your help to ensure our Colours continue to march into the future. If you are physically capable and willing to parade, we encourage you to step forward. No experience is necessary—training will be provided, and comradeship is guaranteed. A Legion uniform is required, and we may have some available for use. Due to a shortage of volunteers, our Branch is currently unable to field a Colour Party which is a tradition that has been part of our history since the beginning. Bartenders
Branch 100 is in need of additional bartenders. If you are looking something to fill some of your day we have openings for volunteer bartenders. To be a volunteer you need be able to work 4 hour shifts and have an up to date Smart Serve certificate . Contact Bar Chair- Ray Flieger at the branch-613-475-1044
Building Repair Committee
Building Repair Committee – Your branch needs support from its membership to assist your elected executive. Your executive is continually researching grants from federal, provincial and municipal sources which will improve-the branch for accessibility,appearance and signage. We need a volunteer committee (3 persons) to provide recommendations and priorities of repair and upgrades. Please send us an email and your service will be greatly appreciated. Thank you Comrades
